Randy Wood, Partner
With 20 years of diverse experience in the energy industry, Randy brings expertise in energy markets, trading, and power marketing having previously led Power Marketing on behalf of developer, Invenergy. After leaving Invenergy, Randy moved on to successfully develop over 100MW of energy storage projects in the PJM market before becoming a founding partner at Prism.

Jeremy Jones, Partner
Jeremy has spent 20 years in the solar industry with broad experience across engineering, operations, and finance. Jeremy was a co-founder and the CTO of SoCore Energy which was acquired by Edison International in 2013 and was later sold to Engie. Since departing SoCore, Jeremy has held a variety of leadership and consulting roles before becoming a founding partner at Prism.
